Wag - A - Bond Terms & Conditions to stay for humans or along with their pets

Rules and Management policies: In Order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your co-operation in observing the following as an agreement between the guest and Wag-A-Bond (hereinafter called Management) under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guest(s):-
1. Tariff: Tariff: The tariff is for the room and breakfast only and is inclusive of any government taxes applicable to know your room tariff, please contact us.
2. Settlement of Bills: Settlement of Bills: Bills must be settled on presentation; personal cheques are not accepted.
3. Check-in 12 PM Please present your ID card, Passport upon Check-in. By Law, visitors must present personal documents for hotel records..
4. Check-out time is 10 AM, please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. The extension may not be given. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry or period, the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest or charge the Guest for an additional days tariff.

6. Guest’s Belongings Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.
7. Pets: Of course we welcome Pets. If you are bringing a dog/s along, make sure for your safety and your dog’s safety it is on a lead. If you have an aggressive dog do, consider a muzzle. Any damages to the Campsites and the property will have a hefty charge to it. Management is not responsible for your dog’s health and safety. Please note all Lizzy’s delicious super chicken meals are 500gms in total (250gms) per serving.
8. : While there is help, Owners must note that they are solely responsible for their pets.

Hazardous Goods: Bringing goods and/or storing of raw or exposed cinema films, or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited. The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, invitee’s visitors, agents and servants for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests, own negligence and non-observance of any / instructions. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
9. Damage to Property: The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their dog/s, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
10. Management’s Rights It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance or animal within the hotel premise. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
11. Relation between Management and Guest: Nothing hereinabove shall continue or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy, or any other right to interact in the hotel premises or any part or portion thereof, in favour of any Guest or resident or visitor, and the Management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the whole of the hotel premises.
12. Government rules and regulations and application of laws: Guest are requested to observe, abide by confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.

13. Photographs and Video’s Using photographs and video’s taken in hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.

Things to know prior

We choose to stick to very basic food made by the village locals to ensure an authentic, homely food experience. Our meals are thali style.
  • Our meal times are: Lunch timing is 1:00pm – 2:30pm. & Dinner – 8:30pm to 10:00pm.
  • For dogs, we serve 2 meals of super chicken provided by Lizzy’s delicious (250gms per meal). The Ingredients: 100% human-grade, fresh ingredients. Antibiotic-free, farm-fresh chicken, Gizzard & Liver a powerhouse of vitamins, Bone and Marrow Puree, Fresh vegetables, Eggs & Rice.
  • All humans need to respect other pets and their parents staying on the property at all times.
  • If your dogs are aggressive, they need to be on a leash at all times while in common/open areas
  • All dogs must be vaccinated, and if your dog is on any medication or specialized food, please carry it along with you.
  • This is a forest stay and there are animals and insects in the area, hence guests are advised to carry mosquito repellent and wear closed shoes. Please also carry your own medical kit for you and your dog, in case of emergency.
  • Do note that we do have electricity issues, but be assured that we do have backup power and it might take a bit of time to start up.
  • Dog parents are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.
  • Waste management is one of the biggest challenges we face at Wag-A-Bond. So please take responsibility for any non-biodegradable items (plastic, bottles, cans, snack packets, etc.) or trash you bring or collect while here, and carry it back with you to dispose of.
  • We are accommodating of any allergies, food preferences, and/or any specialized requirements that any of our guests might need. Do inform us at the time of booking your PawCation.
  • Please inform us of any of these things we can take care of for you at the time of booking, or at least 2 days prior to your arrival so we can make arrangements.

Do note, we are in the middle of a forest so there are other creatures around us, for the safety of you and your family do carry closed footwear while outdoors

Insect / mosquito repellent is also very important.
